• Landlords and property managers — only the information needed to process your rental application
• Service providers — Cal.com for scheduling consultations and Google for maps and property locations

Application data is kept for the duration of our service relationship. Once your tenancy is secured or our engagement concludes, data is retained only as required by RECO and applicable Ontario regulations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly. We will respond to all data access and deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request, in accordance with PIPEDA requirements.
