TheRentalMarket.ca provides a free tenant representation service in the Greater Toronto Area. Our goal is to connect qualified tenants with rental properties that match their needs, budget, and lifestyle preferences.

All licensed real estate services are provided by Jordan Buttarazzi, a licensed real estate professional operating under REAL Broker Ontario Ltd. Our service is free for tenants — compensation is received from landlords upon successful lease execution.

User Responsibilities

When using TheRentalMarket.ca and our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications and communications
• Respond to inquiries and scheduling requests in a timely manner
• Treat landlords, property managers, and all parties involved with respect and professionalism
• Notify us promptly if your rental needs or circumstances change

No Guarantee

While we work diligently to match tenants with suitable rental properties, TheRentalMarket.ca cannot guarantee placement in any specific property. Rental decisions are ultimately made by landlords and property managers based on their own criteria and requirements. Market conditions, availability, and landlord preferences are beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, graphics, text, and code on TheRentalMarket.ca is the intellectual property of Jordan Buttarazzi and REAL Broker Ontario Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TheRentalMarket.ca provides information and services on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any errors or omissions in property listings or market information
• Any disputes between tenants and landlords

Jordan Buttarazzi is a registered real estate professional and adheres to all applicable regulations, codes of ethics, and professional standards governing real estate practice in Ontario.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TheRentalMarket.ca shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
